The 2022 Americas President’s Club took place in Banff, Canada, in April 2023—a three-day, two-night incentive trip designed to celebrate 40 top-performing sales and discretionary employees, five executives, and 45 guests. With a total budget of $165,000, the event came in on target and delivered an unforgettable experience that blended luxury, nature, and recognition.

Hosted at the historic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, the program included roundtrip economy airfare, door-to-door travel via coach from Calgary to Banff National Park, and a full itinerary of curated experiences. Guests enjoyed daily breakfast and dinner, a personalized swag bag, and the opportunity to choose two activities from a bespoke menu: a rejuvenating spa day with access to natural mineral pools, a gondola ride up the Rockies with panoramic summit lunch, a frozen hiking adventure through Johnston’s Canyon, or a guided gallery tour in Banff followed by local tastings.

Leisure time was intentionally built into the schedule, allowing guests to explore Banff at their own pace.
